Delivering productivity improvements with AWM funding

Skills4Auto is offering bespoke, subsidised training in Business Improvement Techniques (B-IT) to all eligible automotive suppliers through Advantage West Midlands funding.

B-IT enables employees to gain recognition for demonstrating their competence to deliver Quality, Cost and Delivery improvements in their own workplace, enabling the employer to reduce costs and increase productivity.

The five day programme is made up of six units from the process pathway covering topics such as safety requirements, team working, workplace organisation, improvement techniques, visual management and data analysis. This will provide candidates with a platform from which they can complete their individual assessment plan working towards an NVQ in B-IT level 2 that is based on their role within the company.

For further information on the B-IT programme please visit the Programme area of our website or contact us on 0121 717 6644 to discuss how we can help to improve your business’s competitive edge.
